Description
The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is soliciting bids from quali昀椀ed and
experienced contractors for the demolition of the former Felix Fuld site located
at 201-241 Livingston Street, Newark, New Jersey 07108. The site, which
includes multiple residential structures and associated site improvements, has
reached the end of its useful life. NHA requires bidders to demonstrate both
technical competence and 昀氀exibility to complete all work in accordance with
our priorities and the highest standards of safety, environmental protection,
and regulatory compliance.

RFP NYSIF 2026-41-IT
NYSIF is seeking proposals from quali昀椀ed 昀椀rms capable of providing
Subscription-Based Information Technology Research and Advisory Services,
as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Services under this
procurement will include information technology research and advisory
technology related insight. Research provided will be targeted at CIOs and
senior IT leaders in industries that include government agencies, high-tech and
telecom enterprises, professional services 昀椀rms, and technology investors.
NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract. The solicitation document may be
obtained from NYSIF’s Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement.
Interested parties should e-mail contracts@nysif.com with any questions. Please
include “NYSIF RFP 2026-41-IT” in the subject line of the e-mail.
All amendments, clari昀椀cations and any announcements related to this
procurement will be posted on NYSIF’s website at: www.nysif.com/
procurement. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to check the website
for any amendments, clari昀椀cations or updates. All applicable amendment
information must be incorporated into the 昀椀rm’s proposal. Failure to include
this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive.
Proposals from responsible bidders are due 4/16/26 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The
calendar of events is detailed in the RFP.

and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel
and a prospective bidder during the procurement process. Designated staff for
