NYSIF RFQ 2025-33-IT
NYSIF intends to procure ADS Firewall Management, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State small businesses certi昀椀ed
as Minority or Women Owned Businesses pursuant to Article 15-A or small
businesses certi昀椀ed as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses pursuant
to Article 3 of the New York State Veterans’ Services Law. The value of the
resulting contract from this procurement will not exceed $500,000.
NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract. The solicitation document may
be obtained from NYSIF’s Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement. Interested parties should e-mail contracts@nysif.com with any questions. Please include “NYSIF 2025-33-IT” in the subject line of the e-mail.
All amendments, clari昀椀cations and any announcements related to this procurement will be posted on NYSIF’s website at: www.nysif.com/procurement. It is
the sole responsibility of the bidders to check the website for any amendments,
clari昀椀cations or updates. All applicable amendment information must be incorporated into the 昀椀rm’s proposal. Failure to include this information in your
proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
Proposals from responsible bidders are due 6/3/2025 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The
calendar of events is detailed in the RFQ.
Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes
and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process. Designated staff
for this solicitation is Keisha Rivera & Ryan Cerone, NYSIF, 15 Computer
Drive West, Albany NY 12205, contracts@nysif.com. Contacts made to other
NYSIF personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the prospective
bidder and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State
of New York.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that bids for CDTA-FAC 231-2000 Station Infrastructure Improvements (Harriman East) due no later than 1:00PM on
June 4, 2025. Bids should be addressed to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement Capital District Transportation Authority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, New York 12206 (518-437-8342, sdsansky@cdta.org). Each bid must be
prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions.
All questions regarding the technical contents of the Invitation for Bid are to

The contract for the above will be awarded to the contractor with lowest bid.
The Authority requires that all bids be responsive to this invitation and that
bidders be responsible. The Authority will follow established procedures for

opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no
