Description
The New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the “CANAL” and/or “NYSCC”) a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, “NYPA”
and/or “The Authority”) is seeking proposals from quali昀椀ed 昀椀rms to seeks
to equipall dredging units with DQM-compliant instrumentation and data reporting systems. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials,
software, and expertise necessaryt o install and certify DQM systems on all
identi昀椀ed dredge plants, including mechanical dredges, pipeline (hydraulic)
dredges, and scows, in accordance with applicable USACE DQM speci昀椀cations and quality assurance certi昀椀cation procedures administered by the USACE Mobile District DQM Team.
A description of the required supporting services and details are located in the
RFP on NYPA’s Ariba platform.

(WWW.NYPA.GOV) TO OBTAIN COMPLETE BID DOCUMENTS, BID
ADDENDA, POST BID-ADDENDA AND RELATED NOTICES WITHIN THE NYPA ARIBA NETWORK. NOTE: THE LINK LISTED UNDER
PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES ON THE CANAL WEBSITE WILL
RE-DIRECT YOU TO NYPA’S WEBSITE WHERE THE DOCUMENTS
ARE LOCATED. PROPOSERS OBTAINING BID DOCUMENTS FROM
SOURCES OTHER THAN THE AUTHORITY’S WEB SITE AT WWW.
NYPA.GOV DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. INCOMPLETE PROPOSAL
RESPONSES MAY BE REJECTED.
