This continuous Solicitation for Firm Natural Gas Supply - Richard M. Flynn
Power Plant in Holtsville, New York.
Natural Gas supplies delivered to New York Power Authority (NYPA) on a
昀椀rm basis at speci昀椀ed points of receipt on Transco Leidy Line gas Pipeline
or existing pipeline for use at the Authority’s Richard M. Flynn Power Plant
in Holtsville, New York. Delivery to existing interstate pipeline interconnections with the New York Facilities system. This notice solicits quali昀椀cation of
bidders of 昀椀rm natural gas of varying duration and quantities. For example,
•
Day to day requirements (1 day) - up to 16,000 dths /day
•
Monday through Friday supplies (5 days)
•
Sunday through Saturday supplies (7 days)
•
Month to Month
•
Year to Year
•
Upon demand and availability
Supplier must have good/clean rights and title to sell such gas as well as the
ability to deliver pipeline quality gas to the Authority’s transporting pipeline
and must be able to provide information suf昀椀cient to show its 昀椀nancial capability to complete the transaction.
Solicitation for supplier quali昀椀cation will be accepted on a continuous basis.
Supplier must agree an industry standard NAESB Base Contract, with NYPA’s
