A summary of this project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof system, from counter-昀氀ashing to vapor barrier. Such will include,
but not be limited to, the extension of existing railings to appropriate heights,
removal and replacement of the existing lightning protection system, and extension of vent pipes. Included are two building connector walkway roofs
with a similar scope of work. See project documentation for complete scope.
It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New
York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project
by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to
cooperate in implementing this policy.

A brief summary of this project is the removal of the existing fuel oil based
domestic water heater and the replacement of such with two (2) 208v electric
water heaters. This project includes the necessary alterations to the building’s
MEP systems to facilitate such.

The Village of Haverstraw is interested in retaining a consultant to conduct
the surveying, design, and engineering services for the construction of renovations to the existing Main Street Pocket Park to increase opportunities
for community socialization and passive recreation within downtown, while
improving the visual appearance of Main Street. Funding for this project is
through the New York State Department of State’s Downtown Revitalization
Initiative (DRI) grant program.

3. Electrical equipment and distribution installation, and modi昀椀cation.
4. HVAC equipment and ductwork installation and modi昀椀cation.
5. HVAC piping and insulation (steam or chilled water) installation and

Description Summary: WSSC Water intends to obtain a Contractor who
will furnish, deliver, and unload Topsoil to various job sites and warehouse
locations within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland.
The Topsoil shall be used for purposes which includes, but is not limited
to, restoring areas where sod, seed, plants, or trees will be placed. Sites
may include public and private property, and the required quality of the
topsoil must be maintained. Topsoil provided under this contract shall be
dry as described in the material speci昀椀cation. The Contractor must take the
necessary steps to ensure that acceptable material is provided regardless of
weather conditions.
