STATE UNIVERSITY CONSTRUCTION FUND
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The State University Construction Fund will receive sealed Proposals for Project No. 301067-00 Titled “Construct Agrusa Hall – School of Engineering
and Applied Sciences (SEAS)” at University at Buffalo, State University of
New York until 2:00 p.m. Local Time on July 30, 2025 at the Fund’s Of昀椀ce
at H. Carl McCall SUNY Building, 353 Broadway, Albany NY 12246, where
such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud
The Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project. This
agreement openly promotes bidding from all contractors – union and nonunion. The low bidder must execute and abide by the terms of the project-speci昀椀c Project Labor Agreement. This project Labor Agreement also impacts
acceptable staf昀椀ng patterns of the project. The PLA should be read in its
entirety by all potential bidders prior to submitting a proposal.
The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion
within 1185 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
The Fund’s project speci昀椀c goals for this project are 16% MBE and 14% WBE
and 6% SDVOB.
A pre-bid conference and project walk through will be held on July 8, 2025
commencing at 2:00 PM at the SUNY Buffalo (UB) North Campus Beane
Service Center, Conference Room 116.

be examined without charge by accessing the Camelot plan room at www.

To obtain the Bid and Contract Documents, all Bidders must register at www.
camelotplanroom.com , log into their account and place an order. The fee to
obtain a complete set of bid documents is $49.00 for a printed copy or $10 for
an electronic copy (download). Costs for documents and shipping/handling
are non-refundable. The Fund waives fees and deposits for sets of the Contract Documents requested by NYS certi昀椀ed Minority- and Women-Owned

Business Enterprise or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprise.
Camelot Print and Copy Centers (www.camelotplanroom.com ) is the designated location and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package
information. All bidders are required to register with Camelot to become a
registered plan holder and ensure receipt of all necessary information, including notices of bid addenda.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid
in an amount not less than 昀椀ve (5) percent of the Total Bid. Each bid must be
identi昀椀ed, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the
bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid
is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED”. Visit https://sucf.suny.edu/

and Post Bid Checklist” that gives bidders a one-page summary of how to be
prepared if bidding.
It is the policy of the State of New York and the Fund to encourage minority/
women’s business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
The Fund reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Jacob K. Javits Convention Center
Request for Bids
The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation (NYCCOC), a New
York State public bene昀椀t corporation, is soliciting proposals from quali昀椀ed
昀椀rms to launch the Javits Center’s new brand campaign. These efforts will
include brand strategy, publicity, media planning and media buying, content
creation and plan stewardship. Interested 昀椀rms must request a bid package by
sending a message to ipazos@javitscenter.com.
HPD seeks bids for Lead Paint Abatement Services in
occupied buildings. 2 awards are to be made from the
bids received, together to service all 5 boroughs. Each
contract is to be awarded for up to $3,850,000 for a 2-year initial term,
with payment to be made according to the prices bid and accepted by
HPD. An optional, but highly-recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be
held for prospective bidders.
Bidders must satisfy all quali昀椀cations required by applicable law, rule,
or statute. Prospective bidders are encouraged to access solicitation
documents and submit bids through PASSPort (https://www.nyc.gov/
BusinessOpportunities). All details provided on PASSPort. Bid security
must be provided as instructed in PASSPort.
These Contracts are subject to the M/WBE Program established by
Section 6-129 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. The
speci昀椀c requirements of M/WBE participation for this Contract are set
forth in the RFx in PASSPort.
