on the following project:

We are soliciting subcontract bids for the following trades. Work may include,
but not limited to: Pipe Work, Storm Drains & Culverts, Water, Sewer, Erosion
Control, Utilities, Concrete Work/Cement Concrete Pavement/ Miscellaneous
Structures/Formwork/Reinforcement, Compression Joint Seals for Concrete
Pavement, Crushed Aggregate Base Course, Rip Rap, Stone, Hauling, Seeding,
Mulching, Topsoiling, Landscaping, Preparation/Existing Pavement Removal,
Joint Sealants for Pavements, Runway & Taxiway Markings, Earthwork, Manholes, Catch Basins, Inlets/Protection, Inspection Holes, Post & Fire Hydrants,
Clearing & Grubbing, Metals/Hangar Building, Finishes, Site Demolition,
Cleaning, Fencing, Quality Control, Dry Bore & Jack, Horizontal Directional
Drilling (HDD), Excavation/Back昀椀lling/Subgrade & Embankment, Temporary
Facilities, Compression Joint Seals for Concrete Pavement, Dust Control along
with any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the
project.
This project can generally be described as the partial construction of a taxilane,
the construction of a 120’ x 100’ hangar, provide sites for additional hangar
sites, the construction of parking areas for the proposed and future hangars, the
installation of a stormwater drainage system, and a stormwater control system.
The work performed under this Contract shall include but may not be limited to: The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services, whether
speci昀椀cally mentioned or not, that is required to complete the Construction of
the Work of the project. All requirements of the State of North Carolina and all
pertinent administrative regulations shall apply to this project as if herein written
out in full.

Bonding: It is Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. policy NOT to require M/WBE
subcontractors to provide bonding to Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. for their
portion of the work. All M/WBE subcontractors will be allowed to work under
Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc Performance & Payment Bonds to the Owner.
If you would like to obtain a bond on this project to help build your bonding capacity, please let us know through email, phone call or specifying on your quote
and we will get you in contact with our Bonding Agent.
Financial Assistance: Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. will provide Joint Check
Agreements to all M/WBE subcontractors. Please request a Joint Check Agreement in writing. We will work with you and the material vendor to develop a
Joint Check Agreement to satisfy all parties.
Quick Payments: It is Jimmy R. Lynch & Sons, Inc. policy to provide Quick
Payments to all M/WBE subcontractors. Jimmy R Lynch & Sons, Inc will provide payment to all M/WBE subcontractors on a weekly basis if the work for
which payment is being requested is complete and accepted by the Owner.

Skanska USA Civil is soliciting cost proposals from New York State DBE
subcontractors/vendors for the C-26202: Design-Build Services for Second
Avenue Subway, Phase 2 – Tunnelling and Structural Shell project which
bids on June 23, 2025.
Description of Project: This Contract is the second contract of Phase 2 of
the Second Avenue Subway Program. Phase 2 of the Program will extend
the Q Line subway service from the 96th Street Station to 125th Street and
Lexington Avenue. This Contract will be for the rehabilitation of an existing MTA tunnel constructed in the 1970s, the construction of two bored
running tunnels and associated cross passages, and for the construction of
the structural shells for the 116th Street and 125th Stations and associated
construction of shafts and adits at the future ancillary and entrance sites,
and for the construction of the shaft and adits at the end of tail-track tunnels.
