Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to
2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Of昀椀ce the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation and Title 23 Code
of Federal Regulations, Part 200, Title IV Program and Related Statutes, as

Building Renovation for Optometry
“The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University, is
seeking quali昀椀ed and certi昀椀ed NYS MWBEs and SDVOBs to bid on
the SUNY UMU #1506 Campus Activity Building Renovation for Optometry project. Scope of work is to include but not limited to asbestos
abatement, demolition and removal of selected portions of building, all
昀椀nishes and MEP’s are involved in this project.. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 270 days after the date of the Notice to
Proceed. Bids are due to DGA on 7/14 at 5:00 PM. The location of this
project is in Syracuse, NY. All NYS certi昀椀ed MWBEs and SDVOBs
